Welcome to Brisbane Paralympic Football Program

The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program was created in 2006 under the direction of  Jay Larkins (Director). The Program now has many athletes of all ages & abilities, as well as many volunteers including Australian Catholic University students studying occupational therapy, several of the players are involved with the current state and national Para football teams.

We are not just about advanced athletes.  The program is fun and encourages family participation (Siblings).  Our aim is to get young people of all abilities & challenges to stay active and healthy & to perform to the best of their ability.

Training is designed so all participants are placed into areas determined by their ability & not their age .We regularly hold BBQs after training because it is important to mix as a group and for the parents to get to know each other and share information.

The BPFP is run entirely by dedicated volunteers and can continue with the support of many company supporters. If you would like to support the BPFP please contact jay@bpfp.com.au.

The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program is endorsed as the All-Abilities Program by Football Queensland.  The BPFP meets regularly on Sunday’s during school term at its ‘New’ home at the Mitchelton Football Club Brisbane, QLD (Google Map- Brisbane Paralympic Football Program.
